This typeface was hand-drawn entirely from memory, creating a visual record of my mind’s alphabet. Each glyph was drawn in alphabetical order, without any references, in white ink on black paper.
A problem I have experienced with hand-drawn fonts has been that the letters are often not properly spaced together, so I spent a lot of time learning the caveats of the unexpectedly lengthy process. Although the spacing here isn’t perfect, I think it compliments the hand-drawn quality of the letters.
